The lovely Cam and Manou, such a sweet and adorable couple! I loved planning their wedding.
They exchanged vows in an intimate ceremony that could only be described as a scene straight out of a romantic movie. The setting was Molenvliet Vineyards, making it the perfect backdrop for their special day. With 44 guests, all of whom flew in from various corners of the globe, this wedding was not just a celebration of love but a reunion of hearts and cultures.
As a wedding planner, orchestrating an event where every guest is an international traveler presents a unique set of challenges and joys. The priority was to ensure that every detail was meticulously planned, from accommodations to transport, making sure that the guests’ day was as seamless and enjoyable as it was for the couple. Cam and Manou dreamed of a wedding that was a celebration that would remain etched in the hearts of their loved ones forever. They envisioned a day that not only honored their love but also the beauty of the setting and the spirit of togetherness that defined their relationship. And so, our journey began, to bring this vision to life.
In line with Cam and Manou’s vision, the decor was elegantly understated, complementing the natural beauty of the venue rather than competing with it. Tables were adorned with arrangements of soft white floral from Fennec at Fox and Co. Soft, ambient lighting added a cozy, warm atmosphere as the evening progressed, it was really lovely!
Speeches were heartfelt, laughter was abundant, and the dance floor was never empty. Their guets even had blow up dinosaur costumes, and honestly, I now want them at every wedding!
The couple’s decision to have a smaller wedding allowed for meaningful interactions with each guest, making everyone feel like an integral part of the celebration.
Cam and Manou, it was a privilege to witness and plan this celebration of love, and it will forever remain a highlight of my career. To the beautiful couple: may your lives together be as joyful and love-filled as your wedding day.
