Megan and Patrick…. SUCH wonderful people. I was absolutely blessed to have such a wonderful couple hire me to plan their special day. Although the planning took a lot longer because of covid, it just let us get to know each other that much more.
The couple had a rehearsal cocktail evening at Tokara the night before the wedding, it was a perfect evening and it is such a great spot for an event.
This wedding was a lot of fun to plan and it was a lot of fun on the day. As you can see by the photos when you scroll, especially to the dancing, everyone had the absolute best time.
It was a beautiful warm day. The ceremony was so special and the marriage officer Azila created such a beautiful one. The cocktail hour was a vibe and Acoustic Element made sure the guests were kept well entertained! The reception looked incredible thanks to the wonderful team at Botanica Flowers! They always goes the extra mile for my clients!
Shen and his team pulled out all the stops and made sure the guests danced late into the night.
When covid hit and the wedding industry came to a total standstill, it was so hard on all of us. Clients were devastated and suppliers were hit hard. We thought we would never see the end of it. But then weddings started coming back to life, and clients started feeling positive again, and then a wedding like this happens and I give myself a small self high five for getting through it. And I wish I could give everyone in our industry a high five, as well as all the couples. This wedding was phenomenal, it was so much fun and it was what weddings are supposed to be, filled with love, happiness, friends and family.
Thank you Megan and Patrick, you truly are such fabulous people and I am so grateful to have met you. I wish you lots of love and adventure in your life together!
