Cape Town Wedding: Olivia and Paul

Olivia and Paul flew down to Cape Town for their beautiful wedding at Mont Rochelle’s Country Kitchen in Franschhoek. They had about 50 guests attend their special celebration and their beautiful daughter was their flower girl. They asked me to be their wedding planner to help pull it all together.

Olivia is absolutely gorgeous! She is a photographer and a wedding planners dream to work with! She looks like a runway model, and in her dress and her killer heels, she just looked so beautiful.

Their cocktail hour was held on the lawns while a marimba band played and yummy food was passed around, the rain came in for a bit, but then luckily it cleared and the sun came out for the rest of the day.

I loved this decor. It was so pretty and had a bold colour that popped here and there. It looked so lovely in the light and white venue and really stood out on the wooden tables. The favours were hand painted macaron’s – all I want to say is, wow that is impressive and yum! As a wedding planner, I get to taste a few things here and there, so I had a macaron, well, maybe two or three 🙂

Their couple shoot done by Catherine Mac is just gorgeous. They really are such a sweet and loving couple and she got some beautiful photos.

Their reception was held inside the Country Kitchen Restaurant, the food was so divine! They cut the most gorgeous wedding cake and devoured the beautiful dessert station made by Wade’s Cakes. The day was filled with lots of laughs and sweet speeches from friends and family.  Olivia and Paul, thank you for choosing me to be your wedding planner and help plan such a special day. You are such a lovely couple and I wish you all the love in the world.
