As per usual, I love the weddings I plan. This one was so lovely and I just adore the photos from Kyle Krige Photography. The lovely couple were married at Beloftebos in Stanford.
Michelle is so sweet, both her and Justin were super easy to work with. I really enjoyed my time planning this wedding. Michelle got ready at a stunning home in Stanford, and Justin got ready at the beautiful Haes 4 Accommodation spot – totally worth a stay.
Their ceremony was outside under the trees, Michelle walked up an aisle made up of persian carpets and their arch was adorned with beautiful flowers. Justin teared up when he saw his wife to be, and so did his brother – so sweet.
Their cocktail hour was on the lawn where drinks and canapes were served. Lawn games and Gemma Griffiths kept the guests company while the couple were on their photoshoot.
I really loved the darker colours used in the decor. It is so refreshing when a bride allows herself to step away from the total white wedding look. This setup looked so good on the raw wood tables. The couple photos are so stunning, Michelle looked like a fairy in the long grass. They are both so natural in front of the camera.
The reception was a lot of fun, and when the dancing started, the crowd kept coming up to us and the DJ and asking for trance. Now, we don’t really get this type of music request at a wedding very often, however, Kyle the DJ was totally open to it – and he rocked the dance floor, the guests were dancing like mad when the trance came on. We really enjoyed watching everyone have such a good time. Thanks to the awesome couple for allowing me to be a part of it.
