Greg and Milly’s wedding at Vrede en Lust was thoughtful, full of energy, and centred around bringing their people together from all over the world.
Living overseas, it was important to them that the weekend felt warm and welcoming. They wanted something bright and beautiful, without it feeling overdone, and that balance carried through every part of the day.
Their ceremony took place outside. It was simple and elegant, allowing the setting to do most of the work. There’s always something special about an outdoor ceremony here.
From there, guests moved into cocktail hour with live music, drinks flowing, and a relaxed atmosphere that gave everyone time to settle in and connect. With so many international guests, this part of the day felt especially meaningful, less rushed, more about soaking it all in.
Dinner followed with great food, and a room full of people genuinely happy to be there. The speeches brought a mix of laughter and tears. As the evening shifted, the energy naturally moved outside. The dance floor came alive, and what started as a beautiful, considered day turned into a proper celebration. It felt easy, fun, and completely them.
Thank you for allowing me to help plan your day.
I wish you both all the love and happiness!
