Oooh, I get all the feels when I think about this awesome day! I just loved planning this wedding with Amanda and Tawanda.
Amanda and Tawanda live in Canada, so they hired me to help them plan their wedding day. They settled on the lovely Cavalli Estate in Stellenbosch for their very special day. Guests flew in from all over and an amazing day was had by all.
Catherine Mac did a fabulous job as usual. She captured the emotion of Amanda’s father perfectly when he saw his daughter for the first time. I love photos like that! The boys had a great time getting ready and were full of laughs most of the day.
The ceremony was held in the stunning sunken garden at Cavalli. Botanica Flowers did an amazing job with the flowers and brought all of the couples ideas to life.
I loved the decor from this wedding. It was just right for this venue. Soft tulle ran over each table, there were touches of gold here and there, the flowers were incredibly pretty and the lighting made everything so romantic.
Amanda and Tawanda had a gorgeous couple shoot while the guests enjoyed the drinks, snacks and lawn games that were on offer. Lawn games are not a costly item and they make such a fun added extra to the day.

The reception was filled with laughter, games, happy tears and love. They danced the night away on a starlit dance floor and it made me a very happy wedding planner seeing how incredibly happy they were.
