This wedding was such a happy celebration that was filled with so much love, laughter, loud music and colour – I loved it.
Zishan and MacGregor chose The 12 Apostles Hotel and Spa to have their ceremony and cocktail hour at. Guests enjoyed the views and canapes here, and then we shuttled them over to the lovely Vrede en Lust for the wedding reception. They got to enjoy both sea and wine farm, all in one day!
This lovely couple live overseas, so they entrusted me to pull their day together. They were both equally invested in the day and they both really wanted their wedding to be special, not only for them, but for their guests as well.
Once the guests arrived at Vrede en Lust, they checked in, refreshed, grabbed a cocktail and got ready for round 2. The weather was perfect, so the cocktail hour gardens were perfect for guests to relax in until they made their way to the reception area.
Catherine Mac captured some stunning bridal party and couple photos that day, so much so that I found it hard to choose which ones to blog.
The decor was stunning! I loved the look that Zishan decided on and the gorgeous raw wood tables from Hout Huis really finished it off beautifully. Botanica pulled it off once again!
The crowd enjoyed a very tasty meal, fabulous wine and they danced to the music supplied by DJ Sox. They were then surprised half way through the reception by the amazing Abavuki African Band.
An incredible evening for a lovely couple.
