Simone and Anthony were married at Vrede en Lust. I am so happy I got to work on this beautiful wedding with them. It was such a calm experience and they were so happy the whole day that it really made me beam from ear to ear.
When we met we all hit it off, I know I say that about a lot of my clients but it is true. We had such fun chatting and discussing the day and Simone and her mom are literally best friends, it is just the sweetest thing to watch.
Planning this wedding was a joy.
It was quite windy on the day but that did not bother them one bit, Simone’s veil blew up so high but it made for a great photo and a good laugh. The ceremony was heart felt and touching, the cocktail hour was great with lots of food and drinks flowing and their reception area looked so pretty! I loved the soft colours and personal touches, it suited them as a couple so well.
I really did enjoy this wedding, it felt easy and fun and the couple were so calm and chilled and just enjoyed the entire process, which is so important!
