Rosie and Barry were married at the beautiful Molenvliet Wine Estate. I absolutely adored planning their stunning day.
They were a lovely couple and I really enjoyed getting to know them and working on their wedding.
Their day was perfect, the weather was stunning and it was a great day for an outdoor wedding. They had their dinner on the beautiful outdoor deck area overlooking the vineyards. Rowenna & her team from Botanica hung over 500 roses from the roof, it looked magnificent. Rosie had many little personal touches throughout the wedding, it was so special that she made such an effort. I personally loved the glasses she got for her bridesmaids, any FRIENDS fan would appreciate such a gift. Barry made sure there was enough whiskey to go round for his friends, we had a set bar just for his whiskey collection!
Their food was made by Johnny and the Slippery Spoon team, the guests really enjoyed the spread. Wade added his personal touch to the beautiful wedding cake! I loved how different it was. Dan Shout and his team played the guests down from the ceremony to cocktail hour, this is always something that is nice and different for the guests, especially those from overseas. The couple had Kirya Kuti on the sax during the dancing and this was such a hit, everyone danced and sang the night away.
All in all, a really beautiful day. Rosie and Barry, thank you for including me in your wedding planning, I loved it and wish you both all the love and happiness!
