There’s something so special about couples who travel across the world to celebrate love in Cape Town. Gathering their closest friends at Vrede en Lust Wine Estate for the most beautiful and fun celebration.
It was one of those classic Winelands days, warm and still. The kind of heat that slows everything down just enough for you to really soak it all in.
One of my absolute favourite touches (and something I’ll be encouraging all future couples to do!) was how they included their beloved pets. Their friends arrived with cut-outs of their cats’ faces, and honestly, it was iconic. These little moments brought so much personality, humour, and heart into the day. It’s such a simple way to include your pets when they can’t physically be there.
The dancing was my favourite part, the kind of night where shoes come off, hands are in the air, and no one is checking the time.
Nicky and Andrew, thank you for trusting us with your day, it was an absolute joy to bring it all together. Wishing you both a lifetime of many more moments that feel just like this one!
