Laura and Michael, the happiest and sweetest couple! Their journey to happily ever after spanned continents. The couple, residing overseas, chose the picturesque Vrede en Lust estate in South Africa as the backdrop for their wedding. Their wedding was a celebration of love, blending cultural elements and creating memories.
The couple’s decision to have their wedding at Vrede en Lust, a renowned wine estate in the heart of South Africa’s Cape Winelands, was a carefully considered one. The estate’s sprawling vineyards, historic architecture, and breathtaking views made it the perfect setting for a romantic and intimate celebration.
The wedding ceremony was a beautiful fusion of Laura and Michael’s diverse cultural backgrounds. The couple incorporated traditions from both sides, creating a ceremony that was rich in symbolism and meaning.
The ceremony that followed was a lively affair, filled with laughter, music, and, of course, exceptional South African cuisine and wines.
The couple invested in the talented Love Made Visable to ensure that every moment of their special day was captured. From the emotional exchange of vows to the energetic dance floor (which is always my favourite), they did a wonderful job and the softness of the images are so lovely!
The florals were so enchanting, it felt like a garden wedding but inside a venue – magic! Botanica and team, as always, did a phenomenal job with everything.
Thank you for choosing me to help plan such a special day in your lives. I hope it was everything that you wanted. I wish you both all the happiness in the world!
