Cape Town Wedding: Joy and Gerald

I am so happy I get to blog this wedding. Joy and Gerald were such a lovely couple to work with, I so enjoyed working on this wedding with them.

They were married at the beautiful Doolhof Hotel in Wellington, their wedding was a celebration of love that blended 2 families together, creating a day to remember for all who attended.

Joy, a radiant bride known for her infectious smile and warm heart, made planning the wedding a joyous affair. Her attention to detail and unwavering enthusiasm ensured that every aspect of the day was their dream wedding.

Gerald is a typical gentleman, such a wonderful personality and so kind to Joy – it is lovely to see them together.

The wedding ceremony itself was a testament to the couple’s love for each other after all they have been through.

Following the ceremony, guests were treated to delicious canapes on the lawn.
The couple enjoyed their time with the guests before Joy snuck off to change into her second dress, which was a surprise for Gerald – his reaction is so cute! He loved the second look.

As the sun began to set, the real celebration kicked into high gear with lively music and dancing that lasted well into the night.

Reflecting on the day, it was clear that Joy and Gerald’s wedding was more than just a union of two individuals—it was a celebration of love and the beautiful journey they were embarking on together.
