I know I always say this, but I am so excited that I get to share this insanely gorgeous wedding. Every so often, paths align in a way that feels just right. That’s exactly what happened when Jenna and her mom, Terri, first reached out to me about planning Jenna’s wedding. From our very first conversation over a cup of coffee, it was clear we were on the same page, and the connection we made was instantaneous. It felt as though we were meant to create something truly special together.
Jenna and Adam’s wedding was a two-day celebration. It was held at Molenvliet Vineyards, with its breathtaking backdrop, it provided the perfect venue for this memorable occasion.
The festivities kicked off with an evening of fun. Fire dancers mesmerized the guests with their incredible performances, adding a touch of magic to the night (a surprise from Terri for the couple) Following the fiery spectacle, everyone enjoyed a traditional South African braai, where the air was filled with laughter, love, and the aromas of delicious food by Concept Catering.
The next day was the wedding and of all our planning was coming to life. Jenna looked stunning in not one, but two beautiful dresses. The first dress was an elegant, timeless piece for the ceremony, while the second was a glamorous, playful number perfect for dancing the night away.
Adam, the ever-supportive groom, had one simple wish: for Jenna to be happy. His genuine love and devotion to her were evident in every moment. From the decor mock up to the actual day, he really just wanted to make sure she was happy.
Terri, Jenna’s mother, went above and beyond in every possible way. Her dedication and love for her daughter was seen in every detail, making the wedding not just an event but a heartfelt celebration of family. Terri and I spoke almost daily, it is clear that she adores her daughter and it was lovely seeing her emotion when the day finally arrived.
The decor was such a vibe! I loved it! Thanks to the incredibly talented team at Botanica. They managed to create an aesthetic that was both earthy and glamorous, perfectly capturing Jenna and Adam’s unique style. The blend of natural textures and luxurious touches created an atmosphere that was both sophisticated and warm.
One of the elements was the hidden notes and personal touches scattered throughout the venue. These small details added a layer of intimacy and personalization that made the decor feel uniquely “Jenna and Adam.”
As a wedding planner, there’s nothing more fulfilling than seeing a couple’s vision come to life in a way that exceeds their expectations. Their wedding was a beautiful testament to love, family, and the joy of celebrating life’s most precious moments.
Working with Jenna, Adam, and Terri was an absolute pleasure, and their wedding will always hold a special place in my heart.
Thank you for trusting myself, my lovely assistant Xane and my amazing team, I really do wish you all the love in the world!
