Odilia and Alan flew all the way from Ireland to celebrate their special day here in South Africa at the lovely Nooitgedacht Wine Estate. They are such a sweet couple and I loved planning their wedding.
They had a gorgeous ceremony outside under the trees and enjoyed their cocktail hour on the large lawn area. They had cocktails, lawn games and a fabulous marimba band. Bringing in an african feel was important to the couple, so the marimba band was the perfect touch.
The decor was done perfectly by Botanica.
It looked really stunning inside the old building. It is a large venue, so you can do a lot to it to bring in your own style. I think they did a great job with Odilia’s brief and really brought her ideas to life.
Pear Tree Photography took some stunning shots of the newly weds.
The venues offers loads of different options for photos and Wil took full advantage of this, as well as the gorgeous sunset that night. I added in a few extras of the couple shoot as they are just so stunning.
The speeches were amazing, there were lots of happy tears, loads of laughing and some of the best dance moves I have ever seen made their way onto the dance floor that night. They really enjoyed themselves with their friends and family and I left with a big smile on my face. I love having such awesome clients!
Thank you Odilia and Alan, I enjoyed getting to know you both and loved seeing you have such a happy day together. I wish you all the love in the world.
