Cape Town Weddings: Nikki and Laurie

Nicole and Laurie were married on a warm summers day at Vrede en Lust. The ceremony took place against the backdrop of lush green vines, and under one of their big trees for shade, as it was super warm that day.

Laurie and Nicole stood hand in hand, surrounded by their loved ones, as they declared their love and commitment to each other.

Following the ceremony, guests were treated to a delightful cocktail hour by the pool. Refreshing drinks and delectable canapes were served as everyone mingled and listened to the music by the marimba band. 

The main venue of Vrede en Lust was transformed into a magical setting for the reception. The colours were bright and really pretty. The large green leaves against the bright floral really made for a beautiful setting. I loved the whole look! 

Their reception was filled with great wine, good food and lots of lovely speeches. 

Laurie and Nicole shared their first dance as a married couple, surrounded by their loved ones. The dance floor was soon filled with guests, all dancing and celebrating. The party truly began when Jackson the saxophonist jumped onto the dance floor, filling the air with total vibes! It was so fun to watch them all dancing and having such a fun time.
