This beautiful wedding of Alexandra and Shadi was held at La Petite Ferme in Franschhoek. It was a beautiful wintery summers day in May and we were so lucky with the weather that day.
Alexandra and Shadi chose to do a first look, which is something I love! It allows the couple a little more time with their guests during the cocktail hour and you only need to sneak away for a few minutes for those sunset shots.
Their colour scheme was blue and white, and I just adored this look! If done right, it can look so elegant and fresh, especially with that gorgeous mountain as a backdrop!
They even had blue cocktails to work with the theme, and please do yourself a favour and admire the stunning 3 tier wedding cake by Charly’s Bakery!
Their wedding was intimate and special, and what made it even more special was that Alexandra was pregnant with their first child. Such a special time for them!
Thank you to everyone involved in this wedding, it was a lovely day & one to remember.
To the lovely couple, thank you for bringing me on board to help plan your wedding. I wish you and your growing family so much love and happiness!
