Ooooh, this lovely couple. Therese and James were married years ago in a small ceremony. They did many wonderful things together, including having 2 beautiful children. Time got away from them, and they finally decided to have the wedding they always wanted. They chose Cape Town as their destination, and Doolhof Boutique Hotel in Wellington as their venue.
Their ceremony was heart felt and special. Their daughters were included and everything just felt so intimate and happy.
The decor was done perfectly by Botanica Flowers. This wedding was held only 3 days before Christmas, so the touch of colour really made it feel festive.
The cocktail hour was filled with live music, fabulous food, lots of cocktails and a whiskey bar with cigars – sounds like the perfect combination.
The reception was so much fun. The speeches were filled with such love for the couple. They laughed loudly, cried softly and hugged hard after each one. It was lovely to watch.
I am so glad you chose me to help plan your wedding day Therese and James, it was an honour to be apart of it and I wish you both all the love and happiness in the world.
